The reason for 5 days is because that's what people asked for, and also then you have a chance to do another activity like hiking or on a nice bike ride. :) I think it looks awesome and super intense. I'm definitely getting it!!

PB2 and Shakeology are my biggest everyday staples, but that's not really for cooking. For me it's Joseph's pita bread, laughing cow cheese, frozen veggies (I work 60 hours a week so I do what I can), chicken, and bananas. :)

That's really the only accurate way. If you can't do that, I'd log it for circuit training or for kenpo put in kickboxing.

Leaving Sunday! Thanks for the advice! We are stairs people anyway because we are too impatient, but maybe I'll walk a bit faster on them! Good idea about the classes--I'd like to do an early morning yoga class. Luckily the people that we are going with are also moderately into health and fitness, so that will help.
