I have been drinking Shakeology every day for a year and a half...even my super picky husband likes it! I've heard about Vega--how's the taste? Might add that into the mix! I'm pretty picky about ingredients...will have to look that one up!

First--congrats on the loss! Second--what a great, great topic. Third--do you have other goals? Maybe you can work toward something else--like running a race? Or a certain toning goal, like 5 pull ups? Those things will help you keep on track. Good luck!

I disagree...I put pudding mix and almond milk in my magic bullet and love it. It definitely doesn't come out like normal pudding because it doesn't set right, but it's still tasty. :)

I get the Fage 0% with the little fruit thing on the side. I like strawberry best. I HATED greek yogurt at first but now I LOVE it. Really fills me up and tastes yummy!

It doesn't necessarily have to be something that goes through MFP as a company. If someone wanted to handle setting it up with the cruiseline/a travel agent, it wouldn't be a big deal. You reserve a block of state rooms and people can book. It's usually every 8th cabin free...so there could still be a drawing to win that…

Well I'm not a mama, but I do have a 7" appendectomy scar that's right where a c-section would be. Not the same, I know...but look at my profile pic. It's flattened out a lot, which makes me happy. Btw--you're gorgeous!!

The amount lost is all relative...I have always been the "big girl" amongst friends and I still sometimes see that same person. But those are the times when I look back on my before pictures and see how far I've come. You're doing great...stick with it!!!

What diet? I've never heard of it but a quick google search didn't lead me to anything except good reviews.

Check out the couch to 5k program...it trains in intervals, as previous poster suggests. You'll do just fine! Have faith in yourself. :)

My rewards have been clothes...but my prize for hitting ultimate goal (very close!) is going to Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins!

I used a HRM and just checked what the Wii Fit thing would say...it was no where close! I burned 300 calories in 40 minutes, the Wii thing on here says 120!

That's a huge victory! But as previous poster said, please be careful...that's ok for the first month, but not necessarily a healthy goal for every month. Good luck and congrats!
