okay so i just tried making instant sugar/fat free pudding using almond milk, assuming it might not work (have been told it does by some and doesn't by others)...

if i weren't a pig (and impatient), i think it would have actually turned out, it just needed to sit and be refrigerated longer than 5min (i'd say 30min-1hr). Anyway, it's only 170 calories for the ENTIRE thing if you use the unsweetened silk almond milk. I just ate/drank it and I feel so damn full. It had a consistency somewhere between melted ice cream and a milkshake (it got thicker as I was eating it).

Just wanted to share bc, damn, was that GOOD. Cheesecake tastes more like cake batter to me, but I'm okay with that.
