I so agree which is why it finally is working to take the weight off. I have suffered my stomach problems forever and since I have been making changes since this past April, it is shocking how much better I feel. Now if I could figure out why I am also so tired. Need to do something different but one step at a time.

I finished Day 2 today. Was a little sore but not as bad as I thought. I was able to do more today then yesterday. If I can get up and do it at 6 am everyone can because I HATE getting up that early.

My first question for you is what time do you consider breakfast? You have to look at your day and see what fits for your lifestyle. I did find a yogurt that I love which is big for me. It is yo crunch with fruit and granola. It is 230 calories which is higher than many but since it is greek yogurt it has lots of protein.…

I eat bread but I make sure it is the 35 calorie a slice kind. I am trying to only eat 1200 calories so this bread fills me up. I think it is unrealistic to think you can cut bread out all together.
