I think we have that feeling every once in a while - I definitely have it more often than I want to. Chin up girly - you're beautiful and you can do this!! It's not gonna be easy and there are going to be days like today when you order that pizza for dinner, you just can't let those moments defeat you.

This is great - I'm in. Been trying to avoid it, but just had a vacation.... that made it a little difficult. I'm heading to Vegas on Sept. 1st so this is PERFECT TIMING!!! I'm making mine a no alcohol or soda challenge!

I just started running a couple months ago and suffer from chronic asthma. What helps me is really focusing on my breathing - that's really all I think about for the first mile or two. You will be able to tell after day one if the 5lb weight is too heavy/light. I started with 5lb weights and switched to 3lb weights - eventually I worked my way up to the 5s. Good luck. I'm actually starting 30DS again today!!
