Congratulations on such success! When you say low carb, how many grams per day were you allowed? Did you follow any particular plan, ex. Ketogenic diet or other?

Dried are best made in a slow cooker. I use recipes off skinnytaste.com. I then freeze extras and they are just as tasty once thawed in refrigerator.

I vote for a combination of all three. Rotate them and keep it interesting. I did that with 30 DS and Ripped in 30. I get bored doing the same workout 10 days straight. Good luck!

I have been cutting back on carbs as well. Everyone is different on what they can or want to eliminate, but I cut fruit out except for one day a week. I have heard others limiting to one fruit per day, but pairing it with a protein so your insulin doesn't spike. Same with oatmeal or protein pancakes, I have limited to one…
