I found that I really disliked the odd numbered workouts because of all the Tricep moves. I don't know what it is about triceps, but those exercises always kill me. I did discover the more I got into Phase 2, the more I enjoyed it. I will repeat BR a second time sometime soon, but I have a few other challenges I want to…

Just some support or advice is to alternate workouts. I found when I did 30DS 10 days straight I got completely burned out. So the next time I started I alternated 30DS with RI30 every other day. It went much better and I didn't get bored. I completed Body Revolution this past October, and I really enjoyed the workout…

Awesome results! Better yet, your mind is on the right track now. Focusing on how you feel not only physically, but mentally about yourself. I have really enjoyed following your story as a pal over the past year and a half. You have been such an inspiration in my journey. Thanks!

Bump for further reading.

I already completed the program and used the same HRM. Most all the strength programs I burned around 230-250 calories, but I didn't get discouraged at such a low amount because of the continuous afterburn. Your burn will obviously be affected by age, weight, and height. I am 42, 5'6", and 165 pounds.

I am so glad to read your story. I, too, have been at this lose weight game for 3-1/2 years and am now starting to shift my mindset. First it was I need to lose 30 pounds, then it was I want to drop 2 sizes. I have only lost 20 pounds and I have maybe dropped 1 size. However, I completed Jillian Michael's Body Revolution…

I use a ton of recipes off comfybelly.com and she uses coconut flour quite a bit. She also gives pointers for making flour conversions from all-purpose to coconut. Good luck!

I did both programs together and just alternated routines. I couldn't stand doing the same workout 10 days before switching to another. I felt like Ripped in 30 was a bit more challenging; however, if you finished 30 Day Shred you will be well prepared. I gained a lot of strength doing these together; therefore, I bought…

Awesome! Body Revolution got me there as well. I couldn't do regular push ups or planks when I started. Keep up the good work!

Welcome to your body revolution! I just finished the program, and my advice would be get over your cold first and start on Monday. It is only 30 minutes a day, but if you really give it your all you will get exhausted. I found that after about day 3 of each week I was dragging *kitten*, but I was determined to do it. It is…

kelbelll- We are all at different levels of fitness, and so I think you should do what you feel best. My suggestion would be cardio after the strength training videos so you aren't tiring out too quickly for strength portion. I just finished the program, and I had awesome results without doing even all the cardio she has…

It is real hard to not get burned out on the same routines. That is why I believe people doing 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 quit so quickly. I did those two programs before starting Revolution, but I alternated routines and made it much more interesting. I got to week 11 of Revolution, and then hit a wall! So, I took a…

I am interested, but I am finishing Jillian Michael's Body Revolution first. I am on week 11 of 12 total weeks, and it is really an awesome program.

I am currently in week 11 of the program. I got completely burned out last week, so took it off. Now I have motivation back and I'm ready to finish strong! Just remember to listen to your body along the way. Rest when needed. I have lost a total of 4.7 pounds since starting Body Revolution. I know that is not much weight…

Bump...sounds amazing!

Welcome! I would love to have another Body Revolution buddy as well. Send me a friend request and I will help motivate. I will start week 11 on Monday and I can't wait!
