Move on! It is quite alright to make modifications to any routine as long as you are 1.) getting the heart rate up, and 2.) you are attempting to push yourself each and every workout to do the full exercises and then modifying. I am in week 10 and I still make modifications to many cardio moves because of an injured back.…

I just started Week 9 of Body Revolution and I have made alterations to all high impact moves. I have a herniated disk and bulging disks in my lower back; therefore, I use my mini trampoline for cardio moves involving jumping. Moves start to get a bit tricky the farther along you get in the program. She loves planks and…

I am up for a good challenge! I start phase 3 of Body Revolution today, and will just tack my crunches onto the end of each workout.

I am just now finishing Phase 2 of Body Revolution and highly recommend it! I got really bored with the schedule for 30DS, and so this program is great for me. The routines change every 2 weeks and I have seen such strength gains as well as toning.

'Tis the season for all things pumpkin! This recipe originally came from Oxygen magazine last year and then I made tweaks to my liking. It ends up pretty thick, so either cut down on oats or add water if you don't like them thick. Pumpkin Spice Smoothie 1/2 cup dry oats 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 cup unsweetened…

I am on week 7 of JMBR and cannot believe the strength and definition I have gained so far. My measurements at the end of Phase 1 were down by 8 inches and weight only down 2 lbs., so don't forget to get that tape measure out. I saw my hairdresser this past Saturday and it had been 7 weeks since last time I saw her. The…

A great book to read is "The Eat Clean Diet Recharged" by Tosca Reno. She gives meal plan ideas as well as excellent recipes. It is well written, easy to understand and follow, and just makes sense. I have had the book for 4 years and constantly use it as a resource.

A few websites I always go to for recipes are: comfybelly.com, gracious pantry.com, runningtothekitchen.com, and skinnytaste.com. You can find a ton of gluten free, and if not just experiment and alter with almond or coconut flours. I always keep Bob's Red Mill All-Purpose Gluten Free baking flour on hand. It works well in…

I just found your group and thought I would post my results so far. Hopefully this will encourage someone because I am thrilled with my progress so far. I finished Phase 1 yesterday and lost 2 pounds from the beginning. Better yet, I lost 8 inches total. The biggest losses were -1.75 off upper hip, -1.5 off midriff, and…

Great job! 32 pounds in 27 days, how did you do it? I need some pointers.

Thanks! I will have to try this recipe, my garden is exploding with zucchini.

I have an injured back, so I use a mini trampoline for any of the jumping moves. I just make sure my heart rate stays up. I think as long as you keep moving, you will break through in a much better state than injuring yourself even more.

Bump- yummy!

Gotta have this one! Thanks!
