I've been a size 14 for as long as long can be. Back in April 2010, I wrote down some weight loss and fitness goals for myself. Yesterday, I met one of those goals...I got into a size 9/10 jeans! I went to the mall for something else, but decided to try on jeans for fun. And wow was that fun fitting into a smaller size.

I get a lot of recipes off Eatcleandiet.com. My favorite tilapia recipe off there is "Tosca's Keep-It-Tight Tilapia". It makes 4 servings and only 183.25 calories each.

I made gluten free zucchini bread last night with fresh zucchini from our garden. I substituted Bob's Red Mill All-purpose Gluten Free flour and it turned out wonderful! I.added 1 extra egg to the recipe to keep the bread moist and it worked. Good luck and don't be afraid to experiment.

I have been gluten free since February. It seems hard at first ,but definitely gets easier. I eat Food for Life g-free tortillas a lot, soft corn tortillas, and Udi's g-free bread(kept in frozen section). For snacks, I eat Blue Diamond nut Crackers and rice tortilla chips. Keep at it!
