I will consider adding another day of lifting and add some basic lifting (hand weights) at home. No sugar coating... Don't eat out so much; sometimes the calories do not equal being/feeling full. Like someone else mentioned, spread your meals out and eat foods to help you feel full, but not pack allot of calories. I know you are not into fruits and vegetables, but they can help curb hunger. Most mornings I have cereal with almond milk and homemade rooibos chai (tea and vanilla soy w/ sugar) which is under 300 cal. If I add strawberries, it is just over 300 cal. Also switch up with cinnamon english muffin, poached egg, a roma tomato, strawberries and my tea...385 cal. Or 2 soft scrambled eggs, sauteed spinach,…
