I was told that when you smoke you only absorb 1/3 of the food you actually eat. When you stop you start absorbing more and more of everything you eat. I dont know how true it is, but it makes sense to me.

I like the idea of using household items and then working to other things. Not everyone is trying to bulk up, some of us just want to tone and smooth trouble areas. And doing "something" is always better than nothing. =)
