Finally got to walk today - haven't been able to for the last two days. Walked 2.35 miles between rain storms.

I can only claim one mile tonight - pedometer app was acting up and kept resetting to half a mile... Can weather interfere, I wonder? Storming here, so I was walking inside.

And one mile tonight, I guess... My pedometer app kept resetting to .5 miles. Not sure what's up with that.

I'll go for 45 miles (walking) again. School started, and teaching cuts into my exercise time, LOL, but I'm going to try! Off to make a ticker...

Sounds like the perfect challenge. I walk as my main form of exercise because my knees won't let me jog or run. :) I'm in! Last month I set a goal of 45 miles for the month and just barely made it. I'll keep my goal this month, but it won't be easy since school started and it really cuts into my walking time.

Where do I start? I take a daily multivitamin, D3, Green Tea Extract, MSM (for joints - I can't take glucosamine) and calcium. I also just started taking fish oil, ginseng, and red yeast rice. I'm trying to control high cholesterol and lose weight at the same time. Fun.
