Today I did a 3 mile run/walk treadmill workout followed by Day 1, Level 1 of the 30-Day Shred. Finished up with 10 minutes of stretching. I was pretty beat!!!

Yay! I'm so happy to find this group! This is just what I need. I've started a new running/strength training plan. I need some motivation to keep my food tracking honest. Good Luck Everyone! :)

Thanks Amee and improvingbill! :) I'm late posting for today. I did workout in the morning. I did a 3 mile run outdoors followed by a 2 mile walk. The run wasn't pretty, but I was able to do negative mile splits.

I have a Fitbit, an old garmin, and a polar heart rate monitor. However, currently I just use my Fitbit and my Endomondo app (gps) on my iphone. Trying to keep it simple. :)

Well, I did 5 miles (walk a lap/run a lap) on the treadmill today. It wasn't in the morning. I plan on starting in the a.m. tomorrow.

Greetings All, Today I finished day 10 of the 30 Day Shred Level 1. I guess that means I need to move onto Level 2! I'm pretty nervous about taking on that challenge. I also completed 4 miles of running outdoors.
