I ran 5.5 miles without stopping! Yippee! It wasn't fast, but I did it! After I ran, I walked another mile...giving me 6.5 miles for the day.

Did 6 miles today. I started by running 1.5 miles, then walked .25 (uphill), then ran the rest to 6 miles. It was pretty hot outside, but I did it!!!

Did a 6 mile run/walk this morning. It took me 76 minutes. I may try to get some more miles in later this evening. Stay strong everyone!

@ Bo Been there done that! I know it's super frustrating when you had so many positive days in a row, but I believe the true pay off comes from NOT giving up!!! It makes you stronger! You will succeed and make it to 21 days sooner or later! Persistence is key! :flowerforyou:

Was able to get in 40 minutes of walking today!

Did a 6 mile walk this morning in 86 minutes. :bigsmile: My pedometer only gave me around 11,500 steps. I think it must be because of my height and stride. Oh well, I'll take it!!! Going out of town for the next two days, but I have a plan to get in my workouts while away. Have a great day everyone!:smile:

So far today I ran 4 miles and then walked for a mile after the run. I'm planning on walking a couple of miles this evening. I weighed myself today and almost cried! I guess you gotta start somewhere! Tatyanne: Great Workout Today!!!

Well, I'm going to count last night (6-21-14) as a fail and start over again tonight. I did eat out of boredom. However, on the plus side, I did stop myself before it got out of control. Got up early this morning and ran 4 miles. I had planned on running 5 but my legs had other plans. I think it's too soon anyway. I've only been back running consistently for 11 days. I have a very quiet weekend planned. Looking forward to catching up on some reading, evening walking the dog, and NAPPING on the back patio.…

Made it through last night (6-20-14) to put my total at 6 nights!!!! One more night and I'll have a whole week under my belt. Gotta say when I start to think about getting a snack, I immediately turn my thoughts to this group. So much motivation!!!! Thanks everyone!

Day 3 Done! Last night (June 17) was a little tough and I started reading posts from our group to give me motivation! It got me through and I had a very successful night! Thanks everyone for sharing! This morning I'm feeling strong! Even went out for a 4 mile run at 5:30 am. Keep working towards your goals everyone!

Got it done! 45 minutes 3.25 mile walk! Couldn't work out till after work and then I finished up just before dark, but it's done! 98 more days to go. Keep pushing forward everyone.

June 15 Day 1 Done! Had a great day. I decided to go for an evening walk which really took my mind off of snacking. So I had a double workout day...ran 3 miles this morning and then walked 3 more miles this evening! I've also decided that I need a food cut off time. I'm going to start with 6:30 pm and see how that goes.…
