My period has never affected my energy level that I've noticed. Do you take a multivitamin? I've noticed that when I don't eat wheat I don't have the crazy cravings. PMS I have been known to eat crazy amounts of sweets and that makes me sluggish.

I wear a BodyMedia monitor and according to it the 30 Day shred level 1 burned 120-183 calories--I think the days I was really sore I dragged *kitten*. I think 3-2-1 cake is easier and actually lower in fat and calories. Mix an box of Angel food cake with a box of any flavor cake. Put 3 tbs on a mug wiht 2 tbs water and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Fast and easy!

I totally agree! Most of us need a lifestyle change, not a diet. We need to learn portion control and how to accommodate splurges without getting derailed. I have the Bodyfit media which I think is like the Fitbit flex. It gives a lot of information besides jsut heart rate. I love it! I also like not having a chest strap on.
