  • Howdy and good luck on your journey. I found I got lots of exercise when I took my baby for 4 mile walks. Pushing a stroller with a 10lb - 20lb baby is lots of work.
  • I started a few months ago, but only recently began tracking daily. Wow! is all I have to say. I've lost 7 lbs. so and I'm loving watching those numbers go down and down.
