  • This is a great suggestion, I purchased the Costco brand and am not too crazy about it, it is a huge bag, so it will take a while to consume One serving pouches are way better that way you get to sample and pick your favorite I am going to follow this advice

  • I have the same issue, I am going on vacation in 8 weeks and I already bought 2 bikinis, and the fat is still around the belly area, bummer !!Great suggestion, I will eat more salmon and veggies

  • Thank you for your responses. I am 4 11" and excersice regularly, however, I am having a hard time keeping up with a 1200 calorie consumption. Just started tracking my food intake and am learning about food, servings and nutrition information. Any suggestions for this beginner will be appreciated
