I just started the 21 day fix last week without following the meal plan as well. I was also wondering what type of results people have just doing that. I didnt exercise over the weekend, but i did two work outs today to try and keep up.

Rule #2: Don't drink your calories. ..... Question, uhmm.. Does that include smoothies and juices you make at home? I just made myself a smoothie with strawberry yogurt, water, a banana and a handful of spinach. So, I'm not supposed to drink those now?

Have you tried winners? I bought an adorable full piece there 2 years ago, that fit my breast perfectly! I'm a 40E, so I feel your friggin pain! That's a huge reason why I wanna lose weight, the world doesn't accommodate for busty women.

I've been meaning to check out the doctor.. Because as much exercise as I've done in the last year, I figured I should have lost atleast a bit more. As for food, I've been staying away from breads, processed foods, condiments, no fast foods, haven't eaten anything like that in 3 months. I won't even eat those lean cuisines…
