The only time I've managed to have a gorgeously flat stomach was when I was at my goal weight and body fat % and I was eating clean (my version of clean is no food that your great grandmother wouldn't recognise) consistently. Not sure if that's what actually worked or of it was a bit of luck though.

I love big arms on a guy but once they start to walk like a gorilla it's not as hot anymore. Plus I find it more attractive when the muscles are useful rather than just huge - like watching them in the gym, playing sport, doing manly mechanical things......

I've never used SW but I was a big fan of WW as it gave me heaps of flexibility - but that was until I found MFP and I prefer this to WW now. I'd say it comes down to whatever you feel works for you and you're most likely to stick to. Good luck with it.

Think positive. Sometimes when I'm having trouble getting back on track (it happens pretty often to me) I start with ok on Monday I will eat a perfectly healthy breakfast then Tuesday a perfectly healthy breakfast and morning snack the Wednesday ....... I have steel cut oats (rolled oats are still pretty good if that's all you can get your hands on) made with water topped with skinny soy milk. Yep that's it. Just adding 'good quality' calories into your diet rather than just bulking up with empty calories.
