149lbs today, aiming for hmmm...well Id like to be 140, lets say I aim for 144lbs by March then! :) see how I go with that. xx I am a size 10/12 just now but I would like to be a small 10, 8/10. I just love junk food and fine wine so this hinders the weight loss haha xx

I've been on 1200 since I joined, even when it said I reached my target and that they would change them to suit...stayed at 1200 to eat! I find that I can eat it no problem but I think I need to maybe cut it down a little myself to notice a difference x
