  • I've heard that the best way is in your nose out your mouth, but I find that a bit unnatural so I just breathe in and out through the mouth
  • Yes i do this! I like to have some calories to fall back on just in case I eat more calories than predicted and often I find it hard to stay under my limit if I don't exercise that day so will often go for runs just to stay on the safe side (:
