I feel your pain. I think I binged for the entire decade of my 40s. The good feeling is only short term, long term pain. I am now suffering the health consequences. I slip now and then. In fact yesterday was one of those days,,,, how an a DQ shake seriously have 720 calories.

I do believe the way to tackle losing more than 50 pounds is to only think in units of 10. If I focus on 50+, I am paralyzed. If I think terms of 10,,,my perspective changes. I can do it!!!

I love the fitbit. I have worn the fitbit for 1.75 years. It is very motivational. I am someone who has not stuck with any product for more than 6 weeks. I am on my third fitbit device. I washed one.
