Yesterday was a good day. I did cardio on my treadmill. I followed my eating plan. I even included a treat after a small dinner. I felt completely satisfied all day and enjoyed dessert. Yesterday was much better. I worked out - Cardio. I ate mostly clean. I made one bad choice yesterday not including the chocolate cake I had for dessert. I never lose any weight the first couple of weeks of a diet & exercise program. If I'm exercising, I start putting on muscle and therefore lose no weight on the scale. My body started to tighten up but no scale change. After about 3 weeks I start to see the scale drop.

I'm just the opposite. I am usually the one freezing all the time. I literally heat up a rice bag and carry it around with me all the time, especially in the winter time. Now that I workout regularly, I am warm. It must be increasing my circulation. I love it!
