This is sooo simple - frozen chicken breasts (I usually use 5), throw them in a slow cooker and top with - 1 16 oz jar of salsa 1 can corn (drained) 1 can black beans (drained) 1/2 hr before serving, add one 8 oz package of cream cheese I let it cook all day when I'm at work - usually 10 hrs before it is served. I completed week 5 day 2 again today. My heart rate has come down and is now staying in the high 160's. I'm trying week 5 day 3 again tomorrow.
