I do sprint triathlons with my husband. The hardest part for me to adjust to was the swimming even though i thought i was a good swimmer. I would try to run 2 days a week, swim 1 day, and bike 1 day. It works well for me. The biggest thing is really increasing your cardio! Good luck! What are the distances for this sprint?
