Do you track how many calories you are burning? Invest in a Heart Rate Monitor. Totally worth it!

Yes, please take measurements also. I can't give you an estimation by how much it will go up as everyone is different. Don't get on the scale for a week or so. Eat healthy, get in some exercise and take measurements!

Like AmyRhubarb, I only count water as water. I don't count the water in coffee or tea, just plain water (or water with added Crystal Light or MiO). I usually drink 8-12 glasses a day of plain water.

600 calories is very little. As for eating more calories, your weight MAY go up in the beginning, but then you will start to lose again. Please eat more. For your health. Are you logging the food you eat in your diary? Make sure you are eating GOOD calories and not bad calories. Log everything.

I have found looking at the menu of where I want to go + looking at nutritional info for what I want is a big plus. It helps me stick to eating better and I don't have to sit and fumble with a menu full of amazing, delicious, not so good for you stuff. I already know what I want ahead of time.

Coconut, mushrooms... SUSHI! I have never tasted sushi, but the smell disgusts me. I work at a Kroger and we sell sushi and everytime someone comes through my line with it I just want to barf.
