I started Friday and got sick on Saturday. Not workouts at least until Sunday at this point. I was doing Chalean Exteme on M-W-F and adding in TF HITTS after words. Then on T-TH-SA FIre clases and a Stretch 40. Thinking of just doing TF for a while when this cough and congestion leave my body!

I have the Polar FT4. It sells for $99 on the polar site and about $90 on amazon.com. I know this is out of your price range, but it is water resistance and I like the nice big display. I just started yesterday with the workout, and am going to start the nutrition today. I have to cut back from 1700 calories to 1200 on Jillian's plan, but I think it will work.

I am 5'4 and weigh 164, so my HRM calculated 255 calories yesterday (DAY 1 Level 1). You can get a good idea from the exercise tab, just search for circuit training.

I only take mine off when I shower...I have been getting pretty accurate measurements, sometimes a little disappointing because it felt like I should have been more calories, but then that was my problem. I think I burn more therefore I eat more. :smile:

I found a water bottle by "Home Presences" which is 3 servings a water with a straw. I can sip on it all day. During the summer I put ice in it, but during the winter, no ice. I fill it up first thing in the morning, and it takes me through my workout. I fill it up before I go to work, and its done by lunch. Then I have…

I am now on level 2, day 4. The shoulder exercises kill me, because like Sara, my neck and shoulders are constantly hurting (tension and a neck injury).
