That happened to me. If you are going to keep working out hard you need to eat a couple hundred more calories a day to keep up your energy. You will still drop the lbs fast. Keep up the great work!

I think that a cheat day after a long time of being good actually helps boost my metabolism because I tend to lose more weight just following my cheat day.

I have a Cardio 2 and the design series. I have only tried them a couple of times, but I am having trouble following her. I am not a dancer and don't pick it up that fast. I think after many times I will get better at it. :)
