All you have to do is go on a 1200 calorie diet and walk a half hour a day. It's as simple as that.

It can be done. I lost 15 in 8 weeks....I hope to lose another 5 in the next few weeks. I dont get to the gym much lately, but I will try to start soon...so, I can lose more. I am on Jenny Craig, though...it's a balanced diet and I'm not hungry which was important for me to stay on it.

It doesn't matter what time you stop eating....it's the amount of calories you consume for the total day that will count.
