Thank you ......just thought I was not moderately active anymore because I sued to do this much exercise and have an active job. With Lightly active estimated to eat 1700 per day and moderate is at 2018 I do end up eating more eventually than I want to when I restrict lower than 1500-1600.

It is nice to know I am not the only one with this issue!!!! Thank you for posting :) I have always had issues with digestion until I trained my body to be regulated in the am before my run as already suggested. I eat whole.... real foods rather than fake gels and bars because they kill my stomach and I do not like spiking…
