  • I'm eating really well and drinking lots of water too. I've also seen the scale go up a pound. Don't let it discourage you, that's only temporary :) soon you see the results as long as you eat sensibly :) good luck!!

  • I did my day one yesterday too, and yes, I woke up very sore today as well, however, once I got warmed up a bit the exercises did get easier to do. The thing I found hurt the most were the first set of jumping jacks, after that, things got better the warmer I got :) I took some advil and also, drink lots of water to help…
  • I'm going to make my main priority the dvd, then if weather and my personal life allows it cardio like walking/jogging :) I personally don't want to over do it, I'm not a very strong individual so I don't want to injure myself.
