Hi! Welcome back to MFP I am addicted to this app lol. I am pescetarian, I eat fish and eggs. I am always trying to find good easy, healthy recipes too maybe we can swap! Feel free to add me. Today my meal prep is mung beans (never had them before!) for a chilled salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, and parsley hopefully that…

I'm pescatarian. I do fish and eggs but not dairy.

kiiks52 I feel like I am in a similar situation. My weight is borderline low, but I am trying to flatten the belly and generally get more fit, toned, and healthy :) Cardio 3 times a week is a great place to start. I'm a pescatarian, close-ish right? :) I avoid dairy, but fall on eggs and occasionally seafood for easy protein because I am working out. I know it's not an excuse and I could get what I need through a vegan diet but I am usually short on time and money for food prep and meal planning :) So anyway, Hi!

Hi to a fellow newbie! I just joined the group too but have been addicted to MFP since I got a smart phone, and just got several of my friends on it too. Good luck with your journey, and surgery as well!

Working out at home! No excuses no matter what time it is, what the weather is like, etc. :) Getting much better results this way than I was at a Y or private gym.
