I don't like a really fat *kitten* or a really skinny *kitten*. Jlo's *kitten* is pretty hot. Anything bigger is a bit too much and really boney is a bit of a turnoff.

If you can't run, jog. If you can't jog, walk. Find your fitness level and build up from there. Don't make the mistake of doing something you aren't prepared for and demotivating yourself. Start slow and build your confidence.

I've lost 29 since April 25th. Not really doing anything too crazy. Walking a fair amount, Started C25k, 1500ish cals a day with a 40/40/20 carbs/protein/fat diet. I'm not sure how quick it would be for your height/weight/gender and such though, I'm male 6'0 212.
