Some people don't care about getting their diet as being healhy as possible, they just want weight loss. On the other hand, others are trying slowly change their diets over time, so they might be eating some naughty foods every day still. Weekly when I started out. Now bi weekly. It can ruin your day and discourage you sometimes to not see the numbers moving. Also take measurements. They are vastly more important.

This guy, every word the same for me too. I think some people are just way too concerned with what everyone else is doing. I can't imagine looking at my MFP friends and paying enough attention to THEIR friends list enough to ever come to this conclusion.

I used to have seasonal allergies. Ever since I changed my diet they are almost completely gone! It's pretty awesome.

Personally I add a teaspoon of sugar and microwave it for 25 seconds. Then I just eat it with a spoon out of the bowl. It's a little more moist that way, and I prefer moist ;).

I think the fiber is the main difference. Fiber matters! Try the multigrain noodles. They taste a lot better than the whole wheat imo.

Pepsi/Candy. Once I started logging calories I realized how much of a waste of calories they were. I don't plan on ever going back, except on occasion.

I love it. Not only is it a useful tool and forces you to be accountable, it's a good way to interact with and engage your diet/fitness. The more I think about my goals, the more inclined I am to keep on track.
