Not sure on the chili sauce part, but Ball Park makes Smoked White Turkey hot dogs that are only 45 calories each, and you can get light hot dog buns for 60-70 calories each. That helps! :)

Those are part of the calories that MFP calculates into calories burned "During Normal Daily Activity." Those do NOT count as exercise calories and should not be used as such. Those calories are counted in according to what setting you used for Activity Level (Sedentary, Lightly Active, Active, or Very Active)

My best suggestions are these: 1. Make sure you're eating something every 2-3 hours. Small amounts spread out during the day make it much easier for your body to burn off. 2. Make sure that when you exercise, you eat the calories that you burned. I've noticed that during the weeks that I don't lose any weight, it's when I've neglected to eat those extra calories. I've lost 30 pounds in just a little less than three months, so I'd say 60 pounds in seven months is absolutely do-able! Stick with it and don't give up and I know you can do this! I wish you lots of luck! :)
