I'm 5'1 and 26 yrs & a mom. I started at 175 earlier this year and have gone down to 130. My original goal weight was 125. But since I am so close I decided to changed it to 112. Only 18 pounds for me to go, and I'll be there! =)

Around where I live there are a lot of hills. Going North there are lots of Up hill trails to take;but going South it's mostly downhill riding. So I usually go north on my bike rides. I wish I had more options than Uphill or downhill, but I do my best =).

Shape: I'm guessing here(Pear Shaped) my weight does seem to be in my thighs =( Height: 5'1 Current weight: 152 Pants sizes: 12/11 U.S Dresses: Large/12 U.S Goal- to fit into 6/7 U.S pants by next year!

hey friends =) My highest: 175 (right after having my son) My lowest: 100 (from when I was 12-14 years old) My goal weight is : 125 but if I can lose more that would be nice! =)

Thanks for the advice, I have a very good mountain bike, and I should learn more about the gears on it. I never gave the gears on a mountain bike much thought, now I will!

Well, before joining MFP, I've lost a little over 15 pounds on my own since this January. My long term goal is to lose 20 more. So I guess my short-term goal, is to keep losing weight. I hope to lose at least 5 pounds this month. I just want my confidence back! =)
