Yeah I think I'll give that a go! As I'm used to eating sooooo much, I just wanted to see if I could cope and if I could see results. Just as a starting point. Thanks for the advice.

By drastic methods I just mean eating less than 500 calories and excersicing alot to lose whatever I've eaten, so far it's worked. I've lost half a stone in 5 days, but I want to do it the healthy way.. I just needed to budge a few pounds to get myself motivated.

Wow that's really good! Well done. That's more excersice than I'm doing currently, maybe that's my downfall. I'll give this a try, thank you for the ideas!
