Feel free to add me as a friend as well. I'm working on making this a new habit in my life to track my food, exercise, etc to get to my fitness goals I have set. The more My Fitness Pals the better! :)

This is a great post with a lot of great info on foods to eat to stay on track! Thank you verrrry much for your good advice and knowledge of good, "tasty" foods that I am free to eat (of course in moderation ;)!

Its funny that I've ran across 2 other people that are looking to meet their fitness/weight loss goals by July 4th 2011 just like me! I am very motivated now that I see that others are fighting daily to reach the same completion goal date!
