Yes. I struggle with depression and anxiety and use food to self medicate. I know from my past that exercise helps tremendously. It's an ongoing struggle.

Great job! I love doing c25k. I'm at week 7 day 2 and ran 25 minutes yesterday without stopping. For me it was slowing down that made me keep going and not quit. It's more of a jog than a run but I hope to increase speed slowly as I increase distance. Keep going!! :)

Completed week 6 day 1 today. Slow but consistent. I also wasn't sure I could do 20 minutes on week 5 day 3 but read it's more mental challenge than physical. Your body can physical do this. Don't let your mind tell you otherwise. I slowed down but did the 20 minutes. You can do it!!

I try to eat whole unprocessed foods. I track my food and calories but I do agree with the previous post that I may be better off not counting calories but chemicals. Can't wait to listen to those podcasts. Always looking for friends

I'm using c25k and love it. I started put trying to run too fast and found myself dreading the run. Since I've slowed down i look forward to it. I'm very slow but consistent and hope to increase my speed with time.
