So true! Remember, if u can talk ur heart rate is too low. Get noise cancelling earbuds! Mine celiminate all other sounds but my music! It's like I'm the only one in the room, even tho I'm surrounded by strangers @ the gym. Lol Just turned 22 on the 22nd! Golden Year!
