I get the chicken critter salad, and i olny eat half of it. Its soooo goood.But theres a lottttt of sodium in it, thats why i only eat half, and save the other half for lunch the next day

I do cardio almost everyday, even if its a 20 min walk in the park. And i do somee strength training. I do a crunches about 3 days out of the week, and i take a Zumba class every Wed. Thanksss for allll of your support guys! Im going to start measuring inches, and taking more pics, so i can see a difference. :)

I take the depo shot. Its much more easier and convenient for me. Its too much work for me to remember to take a pill every morning. Id rather just get a shot every 3 months. :D
