I drink diet pop until my stomach hurts, sounds silly but at least you wont feel like snacking :) Or sugarfree gum, you can't eat if you're chewing already :)

Try sugar free peppermint gum :) Whenever I feel a binge coming on I just wack a couple of those in and it seems to work :) You can't binge on food if you're already chewing :D and peppermint is an appetite suppressor anyway (or maybe I made that up :S not sure, I definitely heard it somewhere) :)

I'm definitly considering a boob job, I went from being a size 36B to nothing, I literally cant find a bra to fit me now as the AA ones still stick way further out than I do :S Grahh, why cant the weight come from my thighs or something, maybe I'll just ask them to suck it from my legs and stick in in my chest :P

Exactly! Honestly I can can see each one of my ribs, I can even see them through where my boobs used to be, but I can still grab inches and inches around my waist. :O I mean wtf?!

This! :D mine is 65 cal cereal bars, that way when I go crazy and eat a ridiculous amount of them I can (usually) still say that I only ate a maintaining amound :D
