OK...well pretty much starting today until Sunday 14th October. Sugar being my weakness and the reason I fail in my attempts to maintain healthy diet I have decided to say NO to lollies, chocolates, cakes, desserts, soft drinks, cookies and avoid food that is high in sugar in general. Oh my, I have some amazing Trance cds from my party days. You will find a lot of good tunes on Hard NRG CDs, also Trance Nation. Great for working out. "As the rush comes" - amzazing song! I agree Tiesto, Armin Van Burren... Carl Cox has produced some amazing live mixes u can find online.
