Thanks for replying! I weigh 148 and I am 5'3. I generally don't really track my calories on the weekend which is defiantly not good so I'll have to get better at that. I HATE Vegetables as well!! I've recently been incorporating them into my diet however, I add about a cup to my smoothies that I make it can be anything green ive used Kale and spinach and that works fine. I can also tolerate steamed broccoli, you can steam it with chicken broth and it adds a little bit of flavor.…
