  • I lost almost 5 lbs in my first week due to water retention and such.....per my Dr. this loss was due to water consumption increase and doing a bowel clense. After the first 2 weeks my losses slowed to 1.5-2lbs a week.

  • It's been working for me as well! I take these to work for lunch and use their snacks because of the portioning....I just eat a smarter dinner at home with my family...which has caused my chubby little darlings to slim down as well!! I say do whatever works! I just take a multivitamin now too...
