  • Pills contain chemicals.....according to my trainer (who is a certified nutritionalist) excercise and 'clean' eating is the way to go. Add chemicals to your body and your liver has to work harder cleaning chemicals from your body, therefore less time doing its job helping you process fats....

  • Not a cheat DAY, but rather a cheat meal every 10-15 days for me.....makes me more motivated to work hard the rest of the time knowing that I can still have Pizza or wings every once in a while....otherwise it couldnt be a "life change" for me....:tongue:

  • 10 min trainer helped my huband and I to become active again. I LOVED it....after about a month and a half we found it wasnt enough for us anymore (we were doing 3-4 disks a day) so we moved on to P90X. It is a great place to start and will make you sore! :bigsmile:
  • I had Mirena put in in June and felt the same way. I was so hopped up on painkillers that I didnt eat too much and had cotton mouth so drank lots of water. I just got through the week and started again once I felt better. Hope you feel better soon! It'll pass and you'll be back on track soon! :flowerforyou:

  • I do the same. I kind of preplan my day so I know I'll have enough to eat a reasonable dinner and be able to have my protein drink after working out. If you plan it wont sneak up on you! :bigsmile:
