Dont get discouraged! I lost 24 down and have been riding a plateau for 3 weeks...on the scale... however, my hubby encouraged me to measure and I discovered that I had lost 1.5 waist inches durring those 3 weeks! Way to go guys!!! My hubby and I are on P90X Lean day 33 and have both already lost a bunch of weight and inches inches inches! :) I have been sore often and have never sweated so darn much, but I am addicted! :love: The only disk I tend to trade/switch out is Yoga...I usually do Tony's one on one Cardio that day as 90…

It IS possible...I have a 6 month old (and am down to my pre-pregnancy weight with her, but am now aiming for my prepregnancy weight before my twins...they are 8 now...lol guess its time to finally get back there!!

I am stuck right now too :mad: I work out 6 days a week and eat 1200 + exercise cals daily. I lost 22 lbs but have been stuck at the same scale number now for 3 weeks......:grumble: :grumble: It is FRUSTRATING the heck out of me!!!!!!!!!!! :sad:

Are you eating enough cals? Eating back your excercise cals? If not, you could be depriving your body of nutrition....also....you may want to consider blood work on your thyroid and B12 if this is an ongoing issue for you.... Hope you feel better soon!!:flowerforyou:

This is happening this way for me too. I am not sure if it is because I have been building so much muscle and doing so much training or what, but my goal weight seems much more ambitious then the goal size I had been looking forward to now....I think I will hit an 8 Long before I hit 155lbs!!!

I LOVE P90X! It was too hard in the beginning so my hubby and I started with 10 Minute Trainer...which is also done by Tony Horton (as is P90X). We did 2-3 10 minute sessions a day for a month and then switched to P90X (the LEAN schedule)....we have both seen results in our muscle tone, body fat loss and endurance and…

White flour/White rice Sugar Drinks - pop/juice French fries & all fast food except subway on occassion I still 'taste' some of my old 'faves' - pizza, tacos, ice cream - but they are SO different(lower fat, low cal, wheat crust, multigrain,homemade...etc...)!! and in such moderation :wink:

I feel your pain. I have Hypothyroidism....diagnosed as Hashimoto's Disease. I am slowly working my way up to the 175mcg that my Dr thinks I should be on....I am currently on 75mcg so it will take a while to get up to where I should be. I have totally changed my intake to 90% clean foods and only whole grains...no sugar,…

My hubby and I are on week 3. We started with 4 weeks of 10 Minute trainer first....both down a couple pant sizes and I'm down 20lbs! LOVE P90X! kills me, but I feel good after! Never miss a day...even do yoga or stretch on Sundays. Hoping to see MAJOR results after we are done :) Good Luck!!:flowerforyou:
