I've done the same but only about 3 weeks so far lol but I haven't really missed it, I've still got an open bottle in the fridge but just don't want it - How great is coffee, water and milk - I only have 1 sugar in my coffee now and even that is starting to taste too sweet. I love it KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EVERYONE!!

That's really interesting - will keep it all in mind - Is it possible to lose fat while doing cardio and basic weight stuff and gain some muscles too??

I think if you eat right and are exercising and building up your chest, I'd assume they wouldn't get bigger, It may start to change their shape a bit or maybe lift a little. Every body is different so I'd say just go for it. If they do get bigger, I doubt it'd be for long and you're better off in the long run.

Have water instead of OJ - you miss out on the best parts of the orange and are just drinking the sugar water that's left. One glass of orange juice normally needs around 4 oranges to make, you wouldn't sit down and eat for oranges in one sitting on top of everything else - At least when you eat the fruit you get the fiber…
