Who even prescribed this to you? It has helped me get started but for someone at your weight it isn't necessary. You already have a good routine, save your money. Thanks - I know it's possible ^_^ I know I can do it - It's just going to take a little while but I'd rather do it properly anyways. I've already lost at least 20kg since I was at my heaviest (well heaviest recorded weight) so I'm on my way :bigsmile:
