Good Morning All. I am not new to MFP but am new to strength training. Any and all helpful tips on beginning with my training would be very helpful. I am starting small and building my way up. I do use the exercise bands for now. Thanks for any advice and have a wonderful day!

I just had my gallbladder out in Sept. of last year. You can't do any lifting for about 4 weeks. So I walked as long as I felt good. After a few day you can walk all over and you will still be getting some sort of exercise but you can't lift! Wish you lots of luck and trust me you will feel so much better when it is gone!

I work 8 to 4:30 and now with it being dark early I can't go for my usual long walks. At the same time I don't want to stop excersing. So this is what I am doing for now until I think of something better. I get 40 minutes for lunch so I walk either 15 to 20 minutes on my lunch break then when I get out of work I walk…

Pizza! I love pizza. Deep dish, thin crust, hand tossed, etc. I just love it. Also you get your dairy, breads, meats, veggies, and possibly fruits on it. Very practical!
